Voted the Number 1 UK Event Supplier

In early 2020, TicketSellers & Eventree won Stand Out Magazine’s Event Supplier of The Year. The Crystals – an award that doesn’t include a judging panel and is voted for by events industry professionals – was launched to provide some much-needed recognition amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

experts in the field

We’re specialists in independent music festivals

We’re not a one-size-fits-all ticketing provider – and we don’t want to be! We specialise in working with independent festivals, striving to solve the problems faced specifically by this branch of event organisers. Everything we do, from our system, reports, account management, customer service and advice offered is specifically aimed at festivals.  That’s why we’re the favourite independent music festival partner.

we’ve got the experience

We work with UK festival giants

We’re not yet another ticket agent trying to claim a stake in the growing festival market. We’ve got credibility in this sector. We were the first ticket agent in the UK to launch e-ticketing back in 1999. We worked with Shambala Festival to launch e-ticketing for customers in 2009 and for crew in 2010. We’ve worked with Boomtown since their beginning, helping them grow to become the industry leaders they are now.

In 2019 Glastonbury called us in to help with wristband security. It doesn’t get more credible than that.

we love what we do

Enjoy forward-thinking tools and easy to use systems

Having started out way back in 1998, promoting rave events in Birmingham, we’ve come to love our industry. After dozens of large-scale, sell-out events, working with 100s of artists, agents and venue owners, our reputation grew – giving us the opportunity to support other event organisers as well as promote our own events. We know what organisers need, and we build our tools entirely based on this understanding.

think independent

Independent festivals need independent partners

As our business has evolved, we’ve paved the way for other ticketing agents by being the first to launch e-ticketing back in 1999. Today, we’re still proudly independent, bringing a wealth of experience and technological edge to everything we do.
