What is “passouts”?

Simply put, it’s the ability to allow customers to leave your event (i.e. pass out of the event) and re-enter. At a nightclub, you might get a stamp on your hand to prove that you’ve paid and can come back in, but at a festival things need to be a bit more sophisticated. 

Our Passouts features offers you more control over the attendees of your event, as well as the monitoring of their whereabouts. 

Prevent ticket fraud, touting and wristband pass-backs and maximise the security of your perimeter. Limit the number of times your crew or public can leave and re-enter the site and connect people to their wristband to identify lost children or teenagers. Get real-time data about who is in and who is out at any given moment.

In pre-COVID times our system has been used to allow customers to bring alcohol into festivals on their first entrance only, prevent fraud at the largest independent festival in the UK, and provide essential welfare information for teenagers and children.

In 2021 our Passouts system is ready for you to use to:

  • Limit numbers in specific areas of your event,
  • Report instantly on the number of people in each of these areas as well as the event as a whole,
  • Restrict movement around the event site,
  • Link rapid test results to an individual.
