Use our timed entry tool to minimise queues and control numbers on site
One of solutions for providing a Covid-secure event experience to your customers is to use timed entry tickets. These are quite simply tickets which allow the customer to enter the event at a specific time, rather than traditional festival tickets which are (usually) valid for any time.
If you need to reduce queuing times or need to reduce the number of people stood queuing together then timed entry might be just what you’re looking for.
How does it work?
Customers log into their control panel on our website, www.theticketsellers.co.uk
They can then choose from any of the entry time slots you have defined, providing the capacity for that time slot has not been reached.
You are in complete control over what slots you offer and how many people can enter during each time slot
Once customers have chosen a time slot their ticket will only be valid (i.e. can only be scanned) during that time slot.
